Sabro is a female Neomexicanus hop, a sub species of Humulus Lupulus, that has been growing wild in New Mexico for over a million years! Sabro brings unique flavours of pineapple, lychee, and cream of coconut, making it a perfect fit for a light and refreshing hazy pale ale that keeps the summer vibe alive all year round.

Meet the Brewery
 
Xylo was founded in 2019 by two friends with a hunger for brewing and a vision to create an inclusive and friendly environment in which to enjoy beautifully crafted beer.
Xylo is based on Margate seafront with the microbrewery and taproom bar having stunning sunset views over the harbour.
The Xylo friends were engineers in previous lives and wanted a company name that was short and sweet, but also had a technical story to tell, they choose the name Xylo, taken from “xylose” a five-carbon sugar used in brewing that do not ferment, and can affect the mouthfeel of a beer, giving roundness and adding viscosity.  it's a great name,don't you agree?
