We are super excited to share behind the scenes Docker Brew Co have been working in collaboration with their dear friends at Old Dairy Taproom to produce their own brew of Red Top, Best Bitter. Brewed under licence the recipe, hops and water source remain consistent to deliver the famous Red Top flavour.
A classic English beer brewed with Maris Otter, Crystal, Brown and Chocolate malts. Savour the delicious toffee flavours with a hint of coffee, perfectly balanced against the fruitiness, spice and hints of citrus from Challenger, East Kent Golding and English Cascade hops.
